Chief Executive Officer
Erika Keplinger, PhD, LCADC
Erika Keplinger, PhD, LCADC, is the Chief Executive Officer of Cedar Grove Recovery in Louisville, KY, where the facility provides medically supervised detox and residential treatment for substance use disorders. A Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor with a doctorate in developmental psychology, she has spent four years in leadership at Cedar Grove and stepped into the CEO role from her previous position as the facility's Clinical Director. That path shapes how she runs Cedar Grove. Erika has built treatment programming, reviewed assessments and care plans, guided multidisciplinary teams, and delivered individual and group therapy herself — and she now leads the clinical, nursing, and administrative teams with that experience behind her. Her focus as CEO is on consistency: that the standard of care a patient meets on their first day is the same one they meet on their last, and that staff have the structure and support to deliver it.

Human Resources Business Partner
Melissa Price
Melissa Price is the Human Resources Business Partner at Cedar Grove Recovery in Louisville, KY, and has been with the organization for five years. She came to human resources through direct patient care — starting as a Patient Engagement Specialist, then working as a Patient Financial Counselor, before going on to lead a team of Patient Engagement Specialists across scheduling, training, and daily operations. That path shapes how she staffs the building. Melissa spent years alongside patients, their families, and the people caring for them, and she brings that understanding to hiring, onboarding, and supporting the team at Cedar Grove. Before moving into her current role she served as Business Office Manager across three facilities, overseeing payroll and business operations. As HRBP, Melissa handles payroll, benefits, new employee orientation, audits, and day-to-day support for staff and leadership. She is known for a people-first approach and a real investment in the people she hires — because the care patients receive starts with the team standing in the room.
